Refund policy

Return and refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Seemen UB in our online store and delivered within Norway.

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal when you buy goods online. The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the item. To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days with a clear message that you want to withdraw from the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

After you notify us, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us, so we recommend using a tracked shipment. Returns should be sent with Posten or Bring, and you should include your order number in the package or in a note.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more than necessary to check its nature and function, you may be responsible for any loss in value. For hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned unused, clean, and in resellable condition, with original packaging when possible.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you pay the direct cost of return shipping. If we have delivered the wrong item, or the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange the best solution with you.

When you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund what you paid for the item. We will also refund the original standard delivery cost that you paid to us for that order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard, we refund the standard delivery cost only. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive your notice, but we may wait to refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation that it has been sent back.

Refunds are made to the same payment method used at checkout. If you paid by card, the refund is made to the same card. If you paid with Vipps, the refund is processed as a refund of the original payment.

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect delivery, contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Your rights related to defects are covered by Norwegian consumer law.
